Being active again has helped me make healthier eating habits. I just feel so good again - between my mood and my body - I feel like a whole other women. My favorite part is I can go to the 5:45am class M-F and get a different class and manage to work my total body a couple days a week. I really enjoy the coaches being soo positive and uplifting, like… “it’s your body, take what you need.” Keep up the good work, ya’ll are amazing and I am so blessed to be apart of AC!
