ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE was created to help people live their healthiest, happiest, and best life each day; with the goal that this will create a ripple effect of positivity throughout the world! Briana Bowers, “Bri,” the Friend, Founder, CEO, and Coach, personally has worked on this goal throughout her life and therefore wanted to create a place and experience where anyone could live this lifestyle.

In 2017, ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE (AC) started being created… and in 2020 it launched to the world. AC is an inclusive place where people from all around the world come together, support one another, work towards their goals, and ultimately succeed in all areas of their life. From the food and drinks we consume, the clothes we wear, the people we surround ourselves with, the ways we move our body, to the events we attend, AC is the collective that has all the things you need to live your beautiful life. Bri has been dreaming of creating a community where everyone feels welcome and is able to be their best self while adding positivity to the world! She feels that ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE does just that!

Bri has a background in media, tech, retail, and fitness. Bri grew up in Stanwood, WA, graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors Degree in Communication, managed a national retail company, worked at a local media station, KIRO 7, in Seattle, transitioned into the technology industry to create world changing technology that impacts the media industry, and has several teaching certifications including an ACE Group Fitness Certification.

Bri loves to hike, run, find “Bri-Safe” food, adventure around the world, and inspire others to accomplish anything they set their mind to. She gives back to local non profits like Girls on the Run and participates in various charitable running events. Bri shares her life with TJ in the Arlington / Stanwood area, is the oldest of five siblings, enjoys spending time with friends and family, and loves hosting events at her home property.

Bri has a well versed background of being in movies, on commercials, on book covers, in magazines, on local TV broadcasts, and has modeled on runways from New York to Seattle. Briana has helped create software that is used by thousands of media experts and seen by billions of people. She's been on teams that have won Emmy Awards along with teams that have created innovative digital campaigns and technology builds for companies like, ABC/Disney, BBC, CBS, Dolby, FOX, Golf Channel, Hulu, LG, Meredith, MLB, NBC Universal, Netflix, NFL, Scripps, Tegna, Telemundo, Univision, YouTube, and several others on an international, national, and local level.

She was part of the strategy and producing team that brought Snapchat, Musical.ly, and Facebook Live to screen for the Latin Billboard Awards, a first worldwide. She helped create the #RoadToRio digital and broadcast campaign for all 210 NBC affiliates around Olympics coverage. She's also invented, produced, and executed innovative social content for several companies and shows including; the US 2016 Election broadcast and digital coverage, Dancing with the Stars, Al Gore's 24 Hours of Climate Reality, and Local TV Shows across the country.

Briana’s extensive background, experience, passion, and mission has brought together what we know as ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE! From inception, Bri has always known she was going to launch AC in her hometown and online so that she can influence the community around the world to live their healthiest and best lives. She is so excited to be on this journey with all of you and is ready to impact the world in a positive way like a ripple effect!

Being active has always been part of Carrie’s life, but she really developed a love of fitness through taking Group Exercise classes. She began taking Step Classes in 2001 and after being inspired by many talented and fun instructors, she began teaching herself in 2005. She loves to be moving and enjoys the social aspect and energy of group classes. Outside of fitness, Carrie is married to her high school sweetheart and has two sons. She also is a long-time first grade teacher in Mukilteo. Carrie met Bri in 2012 when Bri was taking her fitness classes. It is an honor for her to have heard about Bri’s ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE dream for so long, see it come to fruition, and now be a part of it!

Brittnee Bowers

Chief of Staff & Social Media Manager

Brittnee lives in Stanwood with her boyfriend and their dog Brute, a champagne lab. She attended school in Stanwood and was a high school cheerleader. Her joy wasn't high school cheer but rather was competitive cheer that she did for about 8 years with a local competitive cheer squad. This was more Brittnee's style because she loved traveling around to the different competitions and she loved the hard workouts.

Brittnee & Bri (founder of AC) are sisters. As Brittnee would say, she was always the annoying little sister no one wanted around... that quickly changed into an everlasting friendship with Bri, her friends, and AC. Brittnee has been helping with AC from the very start... from giving advice to Bri on the vision of AC to executing tasks to help make the business run smoother. She has always had her foot in the door but in March of 2021 things changed, she became the Chief Of Staff, and has been loving her AC work ever since! Brittnee helps with everything behind the scenes so that the entire ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE can run smoothly. Whether it's coaching the YOUTH MINDFUL MOVEMENT Program, doing operational work, helping to create efficiency, or dreaming up how AC will continue to add positivity to the world, Brittnee is making her impact as the Chief Of Staff.

Dawn has been passionate about health, wellness and the body, mind, spirit connection for over twenty years. Through overcoming her own health challenges and personal losses in life, Dawn found her passion and purpose in helping others to find true joy in their own healing and transformation. She is the Mother to four, mostly grown, young men and truly loves balancing her time between family and the varied aspects of her career.

Dawn has traveled the world studying with some of the greatest teachers, healers and mentors in the fields of yoga, meditation, and various healing modalities such as Reiki, Sound Healing, Emotion Code, Shamanic and spiritual healing. Jodie has been a Fitness Professional for over 25+ years, and Owner of New Day Wellness Solutions since 2001. As a Certified Life and Wellness Coach She specializes in Personal Transformation, Functional Nutrition, Healing Movement and Energy Therapy. She is passionate about empowering others, and encouraging them in creating healthy habits that support leading their optimal life! She is happily married and a Mom to their 3 adult children, her forever pride and joy! She is a lifetime learner, and loves spending time with family and friends, playing outside, exploring and enjoying adventures.

After meeting Bri she instantly recognized they shared a positive passion for supporting others in leading their best life and is excited to be a part of the AC Team!

Andrea Eden Vos

Barre Sculpt, Cycle, & Yoga Coach and Reiki & Craniosacral Therapist

Andrea’s interest in fitness began as an extension of her training in ballet and jazz dance back in high school. She began teaching high impact aerobics and step along with children’s dance in Michigan before embarking upon a 15 year career performing internationally as a bellydancer.

After moving to Chicago, she and a partner opened a dance studio and helped many aspiring bellydancers launch their own careers. During her final 6 months on stage, she sustained a significant back injury, became engaged, and realized that the next chapter of her life was imminent.

She joined her parents, brother, and sister-in-law in relocating to Seattle along with her now husband, his 3 children, and their mother.

Andrea began teaching Barre while studying to become a Physical Therapy Assistant at PIMA, and the deeper understanding of anatomy and kinesiology coupled with the practice of stability exercise not only helped her to rehab her own injuries, but underscored her profound belief in the healing power of movement.

While working as a PTA in an outpatient orthopedic setting, a friend and mentor introduced her to Craniosacral Therapy and she became certified through the prestigious Bastyr University. Through the study of Craniosacral Therapy, Andrea has been able to pursue her interests in natural healing and bridge the gap between the physical and energetic.

Andrea’s focus is basically ALIGNMENT; of the body, of our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies, and with our own soul’s purpose!

Andrea is a certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA and holds certifications in Barre and Schwinn Cycle, RYT-200 hr Yoga, CAFS-Certification in Applied Functional Science,CST-Certified Craniosacral Therapist, Reiki Level 2, and Animal Communication

Krista Kelly 

Cycle & Barre Instructor

Krista’s journey with Athleisure Collective started as a member in 2022 with a weekly cycle class. Being new to cycling, it was an adjustment that quickly turned into a healthy obsession! One cycle class a week turned into two or more, turning into branching out and trying new classes, and loving every one of them. Discovering a love for group fitness naturally turned into group fitness instructing for Krista. Where Krista really finds her fitness joys is in choreographed classes. So, expect to be moving to the beat of the music in her cycle and barre classes! 

Krista is a mom to two little girls, married to her high school sweetheart, and spends her spare time in her garden and golfing with her family. She is happiest when sitting around the dinner table with the ones she loves.

Encouraging and teaching her class participants and especially her daughters to have a positive self image and self love, is one of Krista’s biggest goals that she will accomplish by leading by example. 

Krista firmly believes in treating and rewarding yourself for life’s biggest and smallest accomplishments. Whether that’s a new item from AC’s shop, a smoothie after class, or a pat on the back, she loves celebrating the daily movement, the motivation, and determination. So be proud and treat yourself!

Annika Sjolund

Raised in Arlington, Washington, Annika is a dedicated professional with a multifaceted background in athletics and finance. Annika graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, in April 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, completing her degree one year ahead of schedule. Following her graduation, she returned to Washington in June 2024 to pursue new opportunities aligned with her passions.

Annika’s journey in sports and fitness began in her youth, initially as a cheerleader for 10 years and later as a competitive select softball player. Her experiences traveling across the country for tournaments cultivated a deep appreciation for physical fitness and teamwork. Currently, Annika applies her diverse skills and positivity here at ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE, where she is actively involved in coaching Youth Mindful Movement and working in the AC CAFE. In addition to her role at ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE, she coaches a youth cheer program for 7th and 8th graders in Arlington. This role allows her to mentor and inspire young athletes, drawing on her extensive experience and enthusiasm for cheerleading.

Through her professional and coaching roles, Annika continues to contribute to the fitness community, combining her financial acumen with her passion for sports and youth development.

Mitch is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach who believes it’s all about the “easy wins” when it comes to fitness & health success. Mitch doesn’t preach any particular diet or training but rather helps people find what works best for them.

Growing up as an athlete, Mitch has been a lifelong mover that has always been passionate about fitness. It wasn't until a few years after college that he really found a love for nutrition.

Mitch comes from a business background and received a degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University. After a few years of working in the corporate world, he noticed his health starting to rapidly decline. Having no energy, not making any progress in the gym, and overall just feeling bad all the time, he decided he needed to change. That's when he started focusing on his nutrition and everything turned around.

After that, he realized that he wanted to help everyone feel as good as he felt and he's been training others and coaching nutrition ever since!

Kacee teaches at the Stillaguamish Athletic Club, at ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE, and does private workout events… think themed classes or black light workout parties! She believes feeling your best can be fun and celebrated.

Kacee has 3 young children, who she wants to encourage to feel their best and live their best life. Teaching them the importance of moving your body, living a healthy lifestyle, and having fun while doing it is so important to her!

Fun fact about Kacee is that she loves baking! She loves to make treats and trying new recipes. Balance in all things is her motto!

Abby has always been an active person. She grew up playing several different sports but found her happy place in the middle of a volleyball court. She played at a very competitive level and ended up going to the Junior Olympics 2 years in a row. Sadly, she was in an incredibly bad car accident. She had to rehabilitate and get back to a place where she could be active again. She gained her strength and was able to go on to play volleyball in college, but once again she had to have another surgery because of the prior accident. Once she rehabilitated from that, she ended up getting in another bad accident and had to have several surgeries. The reason she likes to share this is because it is a big part of her story, who she is, and she helps by sharing it she can inspire someone else that they can get through hard things.

Abby feels that her body has been through some incredibly hard things, however with each setback there has been a triumph. She never thought that she would be able to be in the fitness world, yet nine years ago an opportunity fell into her lap to be a health and wellness coach. This soon turned into also being a Step, Cycling, TRX, Aquatics, and Boot Camp Instructor. Abby absolutely loves being able to lead people through their fitness journey, whatever that may be.

Abby has been married for 17 years and has four incredible children; three boys and a girl. They all four are their own unique individual selves. Abby feels that they keep her on her toes, and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Abby is excited to be part of the AC Team! She is all about spreading happinesses, building new friendships, and adding positivity throughout our community and the world!

Brandon RadlingerCycle Coach & Tax AccountantI'm originally from SoCal but fell in love with the PNW while attending Gonzaga University! Now my fiancée and I live in the heart of Seattle with our adorable boxer pitbull mix. Outside of spin & taxes I'm dramatically passionate about electronic dance music! Aside from the music itself (which $%&*-ing BUMPS), the overarching themes of acceptance and positivity that blossom within the community are ideals that I try to take back into my everyday life after every show! I took my first spin class back in 2016 because I lost a bet! Who knew I'd find my absolute passion at a 7 am Sunday morning spin class with a bunch of moms in Spokane, WA. I believe life is fun if you make it fun. He originally got into filmmaking through skateboarding, as he and his friends would film each other learning new tricks in his high school years. Making videos started as a simple way to document his skating and express creativity, but it quickly turned into a passion. Dr. Zach Smith attended the University of New Mexico where he graduated summa cum laude with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Zach currently works as a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach. He specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and sports performance. Zach uses a fully integrated approach through uniquely using both physical therapy and exercise science principals to help clients perform at their optimal level while avoiding or recovering from injury. Zach uses his knowledge of physiology, kinesiology, anatomy, and his experience as a division 1 athlete, to safely and effectively maximize performance and recovery. He uses a science and evidence based approach to administer the most effective and current forms of training and injury prevention.

Zach grew up with a passion for movement, fitness, and athletics. He competed at a national level in track and field and was a multi-sport athlete through his childhood. He received a scholarship for track and field from the University of New Mexico, where he specialized in long jump, triple jump, and short sprints.

Through his athletic journey he has overcome several serious injuries that required physical therapy. From these experiences he found a strong passion for helping others return to and maintain peak physical health. He takes pride in his ability to return clients to the things they love!

Georgina Shaffer

Georgina is a wife, mom, previous professional boxer, and a well rounded experienced coach. Born in Mexico where she developed her love of Yoga, Georgina became a trained ERYT-200 YACEP Yoga Instructor in 2007. Her training has taken her to Spain, Amsterdam, Mexico, and all over the US. In 2013, Georgina expanded her training to include SUP Yoga which brought the formal launch of her business; Azul Sup & Yoga, where she continues to explore all areas of Yoga and Fitness.

After learning she has hip dysplasia and had two hip surgeries, she understood that limitations meant she needed to work differently, making use of the various props and modifications that she needed. This newfound knowledge transformed the way she practiced individually but also how she taught. Her classes are open to folks of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. Here you will learn how to modify for YOU. Her goal is to ensure students feel comfortable, encouraged, supported, and have a positive experience - this is her life and her passion!

Tracy was called to pursue her teaching certification through the Baptiste Yoga Program in January of 2015 and has completed Level One, Level Two, Level Three, and is completing her final Baptiste certification while being a 300 hour Certified Teacher and Leader. Tracy has led workshops and assisted with yoga retreats. She shares her love of yoga with her students and enjoys seeing them grow in their practice while they work toward their health goals. Margaret Rose Mueller

HIIT, Functional Flexibility, & Cycle AC ON DEMAND Coach

I grew up on Camano Island and graduated from Stanwood High School in 2009. In 2013, I graduated from George Fox University with a B.S. in Health and Human Performance. Since then, I obtained my Personal Training Certification in 2015, worked as a chiropractic assistant working with patients doing exercise rehab, manual therapy, and all kinds of other chiropractic stuff. In Fall of 2019, I quit my job to manage the office of my husband's contracting company, Erik Mueller Contracting, Inc.. I continue to work with him, but got smart and hired a bookkeeper. 

Now, I get to go back to doing what brings me JOY, in addition to working with my husband. Health and Fitness should be enjoyable and challenging. That's why I am now at AC. I want to work with people that want to be here! It's never too late to start your health journey, allow me to help you with yours through: Strength Training, TRX, Cycle, and Mobility Training. Exercise has so many benefits. It's not about the outside, but more about what is on the inside; Strength, Stability, Longevity, and Self-Confidence!
